The MPG Marathon was set up by Fleet World magazine, an Australian publication. Over the course of the event, 37 vehicles traveled a total of 372 miles on a route that has been designed to mimic normal driving conditions as easily as possible. During last year's event, Suzuki actually managed to record a combined 67.3 miles per gallon, marking a 28.3 percent increase in this year's event.
